Privacy Policy

Search Box Strategies (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

• Booking information: when you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, and any notes you provide.
• Voice assistant conversations: if you use the AI voice widget, the conversation is processed by our voice AI provider (Retell AI) to generate a response, and a transcript of the conversation is forwarded to us by email via our form provider (Formspree) so we can follow up.
• Analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns — pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type. This only runs after you accept the cookie banner.
• Direct contact: information you send us directly by email.

How we use your information
