• Voice assistant conversations: if you use the AI voice widget, the conversation is processed by our voice AI provider (Retell AI) to generate a response, and a transcript of the conversation is forwarded to our team by email via our form provider (Formspree) so we can follow up.
• Analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns — pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type. This only runs after you accept the cookie banner.
• Direct contact: information you send us directly by email.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, improve our voice assistant and website, and understand how visitors use our site. We do not sell your personal information.
